BEX Realty is a rapidly growing technology-enabled Real Estate company based in Boca Raton Florida. We are expanding some of our services nationally and are looking to hire talented and competitive Inside Sales Reps with a strong interest in hunting new business.

As an Inside Sales Rep (Account Executive) you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Real Estate Professionals across the country with the goal of generating new business for our fast-growing Client Concierge (Inside Sales) Department. This is a sales role, where you will be promoting the BEX Client Concierge ISA service through cold calls, the occasional inbound inquiry, and are responsible for closing business. All Inside Sales Reps are required to build and maintain a positive long-term business relationship with new clients. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, and competitive people who have a passion to help build and grow a business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prospect for new non-BEX Realty agent partners through outbound cold calls and other lead generation efforts
Develop a pipeline of long-term business opportunities
Execute the sales process from beginning to end: Prospecting, Qualifying, Closing, and Onboarding
Keep updated and accurate records of all prospecting activities in Salesforce.com
Social Media engagement for potential business using our templates and tools
A passion for learning and educating yourself about the Real Estate industry and competitors

Our ideal candidate and what we like to see

A minimum of 2 consecutive years in outbound phone call B2B Sales
Proven track record of closing sales
Comfortable calling people who have not shown previous interest in our service
A strong desire to exceed monthly sales quotas – Commission mindset
Thick-skinned, yet friendly / Competitive by nature, but also a team player
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
Strong computer skills with MS Office
Strong verbal and written skills
