Job Description
PeopleReady ofIndustry has an immediate opening forAccounting Assistants in Chino, CA.
The Accounting Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to our Finance andAccounting teams.
Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $20/Hour
Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day)
Responsibilities:
•
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Follow up on purchase orders
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions and physical financial records
• Support with quarterly and annual audits
• Reconcile finance accounts and debits
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work mandatory overtime as needed
• Managing expense reports and reimbursements,entering financial transactions, reconciling invoices, and various other accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
• Drug screen required
• Background Check Required
