Description: 

 

Primarily, This solution architect is a function to support the Appian as a
Enterprise Platform across SC. It will be performing activities such as: Basic
projects setup and training, validate workflows, establish QA policies and
automate validations, support the CI/CD, monitor in-flight processes and
environments, create and recommend use of reusable connectors and components
and provide continuous improvement to the platform. Also, as part of EA Team,
the architect is responsible to support the solution architect and the SME on
the strategy of future solutions and navigate the team on the E2E process for
get it reviewed and approved in the appropriate forums and boards. This
architect will also help on mapping the applications to business process and
seek for rationalization and simplification efficiency. The enterprise
architect also oversight projects and initiatives and provides directions for
the use of the technologies approved on the corporation and support the
solution architect when involves the selection of new technology.

Day-to-Day duties:
The Solution Architect is going to be ultimate accountable to support and help
the development team to create new applications in Appian.
Provides development guidelines utilizing industry best practices
Build critical Appian reusable components.
Ensure the Data models create in Appian are fully governed according to
Santander Data standard and guidelines
Identifies and provides recommendation to resolves application issues
effectively and in a timely manner
Proactively assesses system functioning and can recognize impending problems
and correct them before work processes are disrupted.
Analyzes application needs in the department and configures current
applications or develops new applications to support them.
Incorporates feedback from the appropriate departmental personnel as
applications are configured or developed.
Experience in coding/configuration of SAIL, Process Model, Expression, Groups
and Roles, Web API, Integration etc.
Familiar with Agile delivery methodology and Participate in grooming sessions
and be able to work with business partners to build and finalize delivery
requirements.
Propose solutions and articulate approach and strategy as it directly relates
to meeting project and business objectives
