Job Description:
In this role, the Azure Solutions Architect, also known as the Cloud Engineer, will be responsible for the development and implementation of network architectures and infrastructure deployments in Azure Cloud tenants and on-premise where Azure Stack and Arc are deployed, strategic planning and implementation of disaster recovery solutions, deployment of high-availability services, assist security compliance governance, conduct platform operations and maintenances, configure application network services like WAFs, assist business and data continuity planning, implementation and maintenance of data-storage and access models like data lakes and blobs, and supporting the DevSecOps CICD process in Azure DevOps. The Azure Solutions Architect will help deliver and maintain platform management solutions, subscription organization and governance, application landing zones, identity and access management, security and compliance support, Cloud network topology and connectivity, and cost management solutions. CribMaster?s Cloud architecture is hybrid and multi-cloud with networking support for Cloud Native apps (microservices), so the Cloud Engineer will assist the implementation of Logic Apps, data analytics services, PaaS deployments, IaaS infrastructure, Azure Monitor and App Insights, metrics and logging deployments, Log Analytics, and full stack visibility in resource groups. Azure Monitor is expected to have integration with SIEM tools with telemetry routed to security and analytics management solutions. The Cloud Engineer will assist the update of ARM templates consistent with CICD processes and provide support for continuous monitoring in the DevSecOps workflows. The Cloud Engineer will assist with the design and deployment of the portfolio of Azure IoT services in CribMaster environments. The Cloud Engineer will support IoT Edge and Hub solutions, so essentially the Azure Solutions Architect will provide overall Azure app and infrastructure architecture support, including containers (Kubernetes), DevOps, security, and cloud governance designing.   
Essential Job Functions
·         Strong focus on architecture and implementation skills in both Cloud application & infrastructure, e.g. Expert in architecture and deployment principles but not necessarily specialized in specific programming languages (.NET and C sharp)

·         Updating ARM templates (JSON)

·         Support for DevSecOps CICD workflows

·         App and Analytics support (Logic Apps and App Insights)

·         Security best practices 

·         Access Management design and maintenance

·         Support Azure AAD, DNS, B2C, and permissions

·         Support IoT Edge and Hub

·         Support IaaC (Infrastructure as Code)

·         Implementing and maintaining IaaS and PaaS infrastructure

·         Implement and test disaster recovery model

·         Implement and test high-availability model

·         Support WAF and perimeter security deployments

·         Support for Azure Stack and Arc

·         Create and update Cloud documentation as required

Essential Skills & Experience
·         Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert

·         Solution architecture experience: minimum 5 years (Preferred)

·         Total IT experience: minimum 10 years (Preferred)

·         Clear and concise communication skills to all levels of the organization

·         Ability to work on and prioritize a wide variety of complicated tasks and projects simultaneously

·         Ability to work independently and as a team member in a high performance and high availability distributed workforce

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
