ECM's Aurora Division is seeking is seeking a Bilingual Full-Time RN Case Manager in the Baltimore area. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for an experienced, bilingual CM. Will consider non-bilingual RN and willing to train an energetic, detail-oriented RN.

This position is home based with localized travel within 2 hours one way of residence. Candidates must be detail oriented, have good time management skills, work well independently, and have high ethical and quality values. Candidate must also pass a post offer 7 year local, state and federal criminal background check, drug screen, physical and driving background check. Willing to train the right candidate. Required experience may also be adjusted for the right candidate.

Required Experience:

• Unrestricted current RN license in MD required.
• Unrestricted current RN-WCCM license in MD required.
• Unrestricted current MCRSP license in MD required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred. Other Multilanguage capabilities is a plus.
• 2 years of Workers Compensation and Case Management experience, preferred.
• 1 year of catastrophic care experience preferred.
• 2 years clinical experience as RN preferred (preferably in medical/surgical, orthopedics, neurology, ED or inpatient rehab nursing).

Required License & Certifications Include:

• Unrestricted current RN license in MD required.
• Unrestricted current RN-WCCM license in MD required.
• Unrestricted current MCRSP license in MD required.
• CCM Certification, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License Unrestricted, required.

Duties:

• Assess Injured Worker’s traumatic injuries/illnesses and functionality.
• Identify Inured Worker’s needs to develop a comprehensive case management plan.
• Determine and document specific objectives, goals, and actions to meet injured worker’s needs identified through assessment process.
• Interact with the individual’s health care system, which includes physicians, family members, insurance payers, employers and ancillary healthcare providers.
• Evaluate case management plan at appropriate intervals and determine if case management plan is effective, reaching desired goals for the consumer.
• Make modifications and changes to case management plan when necessary to ensure goal achievement.
• Other duties as assigned.

For an experienced, bilingual CM $2,500 of the sign on bonus will be paid with the employee's first payroll and the remaining $2,500 of the sign on bonus will be paid upon the successful completion of 90 days.
