Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position will be to make outbound calls to prospects and follow-up over e-mail and LinkedIn and schedule appointments with them.

Key Responsibilities:
Reach prospects through outbound calls, follow-up through emails and LinkedIn.
Schedule appointments with qualified prospects to further assess their needs and offer solutions.
Create reports on various metrics, including call logs, lead status, and activity.

The Person will be supported by an offshore team that will do the prospect identification and e-mailing.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. This requirement can be waived for passionate and enthusiastic candidates.
Experience in similar roles will be a huge plus.
High energy, self-motivated, capable of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
