Comfort Keepers is looking for PT/FT Caregivers in Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas. The Caregiver will provide care to patients and assist them in daily activities such as bathing, eating, and toileting, as well as providing them with other services such as, light housekeeping, running errands, companionship, spreading daily doses of joy!
The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, punctual, and enjoys helping others. This person must be reliable, empathetic, and be able to work with all types of people.
Responsibilities:
Client care – Instill confidence and trust in clients in a competent and caring manner. Provide hygiene and daily living assistance. This could include toileting, bathing, and assisting clients with showers, dressing, etc. Support the patient with meals as needed. Ambulate, turn, and position patients as required. Assist with daily tasks, cooking, laundry, doctor's appointments, etc.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass a Background Check.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation/ Valid Car Insurance
