Job Title: Client Engagement Manager


(Remote - But this position requires 50% - 75% Travel)



Job Summary: The Systems Services Client Engagement Manager is responsible
for project and customer success account management duties in service and
support of Scientific Games' (SG) commercial engagements and ongoing
business interests with clients.

This individual is responsible for ensuring SG's Systems Clients are
satisfied with SG's products and services across business relationship
management activities spanning SG product delivery and project execution, SG
product adoption and use, and tactical and strategic account and business
relationship management activities.

This role requires dynamic, high-motor individuals, with strong analytical
and organization skills, and strong communications skills, committed to
providing best-in-class client service to our clients.

Qualifications: Education:

. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, related
field, or equivalent work experience.

Three to five years of project management, engineering, or casino operations
experience.

PMP certification a plus.
