Roles and Responsibilities
• Work with various IT Infra or IT cloud [AZURE / AWS / GCP, etc. (anyone)] stakeholders across the organization in bringing values using IT for a respective account one is assigned to.
• Manage IT Operational support to the organization for the existing set-up and improve the technology and value addition
• Engage and manage various partners providing support for Cloud Infra Management (Azure or AWS or GCP, etc. (anyone)]
• Near Zero downtime as per SLA of business-critical IT business systems of clients for various diversified projects
• Near Zero adherence & compliance as per SLA w.r,t. Incidents / Service Requests / Work Orders / Changes / Problem Tickets / Releases related to security / Non-security breaches as agreed in SOW.
• Meet all compliance related targets of IT systems for business operations as part of contract
• Must have handed ITIL meetings like Internal / External CAB / Incident Management / Problem Management / Release Management Meetings as per IT infra operations, cloud IT operations would be an added advantage to the role
• Must have directly reported to Service / Program delivery Manager / equivalent or higher designee
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Managed provisioning and de-provisioning AZURE / AWS / GCP, etc. (anyone) accounts for internal as well as external customers via Technical Towers across Global Cross-Functional Deliveries practices
• Work alongside systems and development teams to support operational of client web sites / applications in and out of AWS/ AZURE/GCP/ etc.… (anyone) via Various Technical Towers
• Managing deploying, and operating AWS/ AZURE/GCP/ etc.… (anyone) environments
• Identifying appropriate use of AWS/ AZURE/GCP/ etc.… (anyone) operational best practices
• Keep technical documentation up to date
• Proactively keep up to date on AWS/ AZURE/GCP/ etc.… (anyone) operational services and developments
Desired Certifications good to have but not limited to:
• AWS/ AZURE/GCP, et…Fundamentals / Associate level or equivalent, Higher Tier is a Plus
