Productive CPA

As a Certified Public Accountant, you are responsible for assisting business owners and individuals in maintaining and improving their financial health and reporting procedures. Your duties will include meetings with clients to discuss their current practices and financial needs, reviewing financial statements and tax return preparation, filing forms, general ledger, and financial statement reviews checking for errors and performing attestation audits to ensure compliance with required organizations.

· Balance financial records and check for inaccuracies.
· Audit individual accounts on a random or scheduled basis.
· Check for major financial issues.
· Ensure projects stay on budget.
· Work with executives and CEOs to establish budgets.
· Prepare tax strategies and planning for sophisticated clients.
· Oversee accountants, bookkeepers, and other financial professionals.
· Make suggestions regarding budgets and other financial decisions (External CFO Services) This can be trained if not known.
· Assist with external company audit.
· Analyze IRS notices, draft responses, and represent clients before the IRS if needed.
· Prepare attestation financial statement audits, review, and compilations.
As you can see, this is not an easy job but one that requires a lot from you. You must have proven in current and earlier positions that you can produce on a high level. You listen well, understand clients easily and are known for using a high level of common sense to make sure that those who need our professional assistance will get it correctly. The more we help, the faster our clients can control their finances and be able to expand.
You are very organized and are a professional who is able to produce quality work with quick turnaround and attentive service in order to return all forms of communication. You must have a broad base tax experience involving individuals, S-Corps, C-corps, and Partnerships.
You will be a very important part of our team and our client base will expand a lot faster through your efforts to assist them. Most important is that you love to help people and take pride in your work.
This position requires a CPA license, with the capability to complete audits. You must also be fluent in English.
