Location: Ocoee, 34761 – This position is onsite

Pay: $15.00/hour

Hours: M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with weekend rotations
40 hour a week schedule, may have to cover other shifts at times
Weekends are on-call for password resets (with pay)

Department hours: 7:30am – 8pm

Training schedule is approximately 10a-4p with longer lunch (>40 hours)

Type: Contract to Hire

Job duties:
Aid customers regarding products/services via various channels, telephone, email, chat, etc. in a call center environment adhering to company policy and procedures
Data enter new merchant account information
Proactively follow up with merchants that have stopped processing, resolve issues
Inbound calls related to billing / reconciliation, process billing, PCI fees, setup fees, etc.
Identify software for system issues to solve low to moderately complex issues, escalate unresolved issues
Extensive data entry and review
Database management in CRM, Insightly/Sales Force and Google Docs
Work collaboratively with team members
Balance customer service and maintaining KPIs
Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Nice to have:
At least 1 year minimum banking or financial services experience (payment processing) preferred

At least two years call center / customer service experience
A smile in your voice while speaking with customers
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Punctual and consistent attendance
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously in a fast pace environment
Ability to work in a team environment while working independently on assigned tasks
Excellent listening & communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to research and explore alternative solutions; implement solutions; and escalate unresolved problems
High school diploma or equivalent required
