We are currently seeking a highly-skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our UMA Geotechnical Construction team. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent information management skills, and a keen eye for detail. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financial and legal document repositories. You will review and process legal records, input data into our database, and maintain an organized filing system. If you have strong typing skills, an aspiring work ethic, and an eye for detail, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze incoming legal documents and contracts
• Enter data into the database accurately and in a timely manner
• Create a repository of accurate client records
• Maintain an organized filing system for client documents
• Complete recurring database maintenance tasks as needed
• Create accurate back-ups of all entries
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure ethical and legal compliance with respect to data entry
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent is preferred
• 2+ years of prior experience in data entry or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of database management and digital filing systems
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
