Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for online, e-commerce, and D2C platforms that align
with overall company goals
Identify new sales and marketing opportunities and drive revenue growth through prospecting, lead
generation, and account management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and fulfilment, to ensure a cohesive customer
experience and achieve revenue targets
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners ensuring customer satisfaction &
retention
Leverage various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization
(SEO), and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales
Analyse plarforms and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide
regular reports to executive leadership
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales and
marketing strategies and tactics
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital sales and marketing, with a focus on online, e-commerce, and D2C
platforms. Preference for candidates from the food products domain.
Proven track record of driving sales growth through various digital channels and strategies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset for using data to inform sales and marketing strategies and decisions
Familiarity with various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
