Leading supplier of chromatography and spectrometry instrumentation seeks a Field Service Engineer to service equipment and train customers, junior technicians, & distributors on operation and maintenance.
Shall:
Execute service contract and provide field service repairs and support for company equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components on Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometers, High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs, Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometers, Ion Spectrometers, TOF Analyzers.
Make repairs down to board level.
Service analytical instrumentation from companies such as Agilent, Shimadzu, Dionex, Thermo-Fisher, Waters, etc.
Educate customers on product superiority, capabilities, maintenance, and operation.
Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment performance and operation.
