1. Maintain order in the warehouse
2. Scheduling and planning
3. Plant and inventory management
4. Management of the install and pick pack teams including hiring, training and terminations
5. Liaise with internal team and to ensure all stand requirements are met
6. Pack review prior to shipment
7. Management and oversight of multi stand builds as well as own stands on site
8. Maintaining safety standards and training in the warehouse and onsite
Experience
• 5 Years' experience in Exhibition Stand Construction or Similar
• An understating of the exhibition fabrication and installation process
• Own tools
• Forklift license
• EWP license (preferred)
• An understanding of exhibition floorplans and exhibition show manuals
• Ability to read construction drawings
• An understanding of rigging and other site services
• Strong command of English in writing and verbally.
• Experience in creating production/technical drawings for internal and external fabrication
• Good attention to detail
• Work well under pressure, sometimes to very tight deadlines
• Experienced with different materials and building methods and processes
