Job Overview: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant having Experience in
Oracle HCM Cloud in below areas

Primary Skills: Global Payroll US &CA, Absence, Time & Labor, Absence modules

Secondary Skills: Global HR, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management,
Oracle Taleo

Oracle HCM Cloud Technical skills - Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, DFFs,
Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, PBL), HCM Extract is added advantage.

 

·         Should have 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
implementation & support.

·         Should have worked in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation &
support projects

·         As a Functional consultant should have experience in configuring &
Set up of Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, North America Payroll, Absence,
Time & Labor, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits modules

·         Should have experience in  Workforce Structures, Person Management,
Payroll processes, Benefit plans, Absence plans, Time management, Custom
alerts, Workflow approval configuration, Responsive UI

·         Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security, SSO
and Interfaces

·         Should have Experience and Knowledge in Reporting, Data Migration
and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web
Service etc.

·         Should have experience in client facing role and must have worked
on Requirement Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT, Roll outs etc.

·         Should have excellent communication, Project/stakeholder/team
management skills and experience.

·         Should have excellent documentation, presentation, customer
handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.
