We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our growing, high-end,
residential construction client located near Conway, NH. This is a great
opportunity for a seasoned construction project manager or a project manager
from a related industry or someone who has been a construction supervisor who
wants to move into project management.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising
subcontractors and staff; estimating, managing budgets, and developing
schedules.
Must have strong communication, time management, analytical, problem-solving
and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and an eye for quality.
Proficiency with MS Office, familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp and some
project management software experience.
Minimum of an Associate?s degree and three years of project management
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Construction industry or related experience is required. Residential
construction industry specific training is available.
Competitive salary and benefits. Local candidates only. No relocation. This is
a full-time office-based role with occasional client site visits. Not remote.
