VMWare knowledge is very much important
Setup and troubleshoot VMware vCenter and ESXi resources, this includes
install the VC and ESXi
Knowledge of server administration, Windows and Linux, install Windows
server and troubleshoot related issue
Configuring UCS servers and cisco switch on the rack is a plus
Rack and stack and cabling work in Datacenter environment
LAN knowledge is a plus
Any VMware certification should be an added advantage
