Position Overview
A full-time, on-site Superintendent is needed to manage construction activities in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and uphold high standards for safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Address challenges and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management and overseeing large-scale projects.
Expertise in subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
