OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the physical plant of the facility.
Responsible for executing routine, preventative maintenance and repairs, including but not
limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry (repairs to walls, doors, locks, etc.), painting of
the common areas and client rooms.
Ensure the facility is maintained in a safe and sanitary fashion by adhering to regular
cleaning and garbage disposal schedule.
Clean and sanitize rooms and/or apartments to prepare for new residents.
Manage the facility’s inventory of equipment.
Maintain the building’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, plumbing,
masonry and painting, tile work and bathroom fixtures, and other parts of the building’s
infrastructure.
Address maintenance work requests for repair
Other duties as may be assigned by the Program Director or designee.
