OLH Technical Services, LLC., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a Management Analyst to join our Team!

This position provides business support for administrative management in one or more areas to include budgeting, contract management, procurement, travel, invoicing or HR activities. The position requires individuals to work independently with minimal supervision and to work effectively as part of a team. Individual must provide business management support to large FSI School/Center organizations that operate at the school, division, program, and course levels. Must have outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail; an ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbally; demonstrated initiative and willingness to continuously develop new skills; and an ability to work with multiple management level and supervisory staff and manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on projects. The position requires a strong customer service orientation, good judgment, discretion and flexibility. The ability to handle confidential material with tact and discretion is essential.

Responsibilities:

Analyze established and existing processes and suggest methods for streamlining and improving operations.
Process mapping, process improvement, metrics (formulating and measuring, analyzing), data analysis;
Gather facts and analyze results relevant to the specific issues assigned to investigate and collaborates with other appropriate organizations in gathering and analyzing facts and data.
Analyze and evaluate (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
Formulate conclusions and recommendations for action and submits them for incorporation into a formal written report and oral presentations, as necessary, for various levels of management.
Draft reports of findings and offer recommendations for improvements in the organization’s structure, staffing level and distribution, occupational competencies, work methods, procedures, or other factors as appropriate.
Advise on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations.
Evaluate and advise on organizational, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation.
Develop data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
Develop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology.
Work closely under the direction of the Deputy Director to support contract administration responsibilities.
May receive assistance in the performance of special assignments.


Requirements:

US Citizenship.
An Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
Three (3) years experience working in an office environment.
Three years of experience supporting a high level staff member in a training facility is highly preferred.
Ability to independently prioritize in order to meet competing deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and productively as part of a team.
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of administrative and technical programs.
Experience drafting project papers and staff reports and skill in organizing and delivering briefings to managers to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
Experience working in a highly diverse cultural setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Competent in manipulating data in Excel, creating power point slides with graphics.
High level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; database and spreadsheet management experience required.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meets deadlines.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to present yourself professionally in a government environment and to inspire confidence with those with whom you have contact.
