Job Description
PeopleReady ofSpartanburg, SC has an immediate opening for Concrete Production Workers.
Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $17.14/Hour to$18.14/Hour
Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Placing steel rebar and strand in bed to prepare for producing concrete products.
• Preparing forms and place in bed before laying concrete
• Pouring concrete into prepared form
• Stripping and cleaning beds to prepare for next pour
• Material handling including rebar, wires, wood forms, etc.
• Patching / repairing of cured product as needed
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent attendance
• Attention to safety & quality
• Upholding company core values
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•
Ability to tolerate physical demands and outdoor environment of the position
• Ability to gain specific knowledge of company's production, yard, and delivery activities
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools
• Exhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employees
• Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule
• Willingness to assist others where needed
• Drug screen required
