Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all production processes and teams within Washington operations
Plan and execute the production schedule
Set, plan, and meet all production targets and goals
Review and adjust production schedule as needed
Ensure timely completion of all direct-report employee reviews
Coach and guide production team members to improve overall competency
Manage human and material resources needed to meet production targets
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
Monitor product quality standards and implement quality control programs
Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
Prepare and maintain production reports and estimate production costs
Ensure efficient collaboration between departments
Monitor KPIs related to OEE and labor hours per watt/panel
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
7+ years of production experience
Minimum of 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting, and production standards
