Project Construction Coordinator duties:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports:
o Submittals and submittal logs
o Meeting minutes/notes
o Updated schedules
o Changes to the plans
o Drawing logs
o Distribution of RFI's
o Specifications
• Organizing, record-keeping, and tracking paperwork
• Assist the on-site Construction manager Monitoring progress of each project
• Assist the execution of a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping
• Being a point of contact for various working groups
• Assist the Project Executive in Review of all project expenditures
• Track subcontractor delivery dates for materials
• Review daily reports for accuracy
• Issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affects products or services
• Assist with project closeout
• Perform additional assignments per the Project Executive's direction
Assist the on-site Construction manager and Project Executive in managing the installation of building automation system at customer sites,
Ensuring a professional, timely and cost-effective installation process.
Interface with both internal and external customers and employees to schedule and manage the project from pre-construction through completion
