Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Quota Management Analyst / Assistant Site Manager to provide leadership and direction in San Diego, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
Quota Management Analyst / Assistant Site Manager for Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) and Block Learning (BL) provides quota requirement services, assessment, and attainment of issues for West Coast Navy commands (afloat and ashore).
Provide Quota Requisition and Confirmation.
Provide Travel Orders Management.
Provide Quota Tracking and Execution Services.
Perform liaison functions to necessitate RRL initiatives, specifically BL prioritizations, planning and schedules for operating and shore-based commands; the Optimized - Fleet Response Plan (O-FRP); Intermediate-Stop and Mobile Training Team processing and scheduling for Forward Deployed Naval Forces; out-of-area conus-based units; and training of and support to personnel assigned as Training Officers.
Position Requirements:
US Citizen.
Currently possess an Active Secret Clearance.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Three (3) years of experience is required in the field of fleet training and quota distribution management.
Position located in San Diego, CA.
