Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Monitor patient health, vital signs, and progress

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (or compact license)

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for some roles)

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and patient care abilities
