My partnership role and jobs:
1) My team and I will handle all the calls bookings, dispatch and invoice software. We use house call pro to book jobs and dispatch.
2) My team will handle the accounting in real time with your help on each job. We run spreadsheets that you can turn into your tax person at the end of the year.
!!! Important !!!! 3) My Team generates the leads and takes the calls and coordinates with you to get a good estimate to the client as fast as possible to win the jobs. We have our own -call center setup with American construction background appointment closers.
Advertising: we handle the SEO, Google Business, Website, FaceBook Branding, Craigslist ads (reimbursed by you at close of week from jobs paid), Facebook Groups marketplace ads, local classifieds, maintain online company reputation reviews

A truck, trailer, all equipment and tools to complete trimming, removal and stump grinding jobs.

Disclose upsells on jobs and referrals obtained from the jobs. We are a partnership, remember!
The Splits
85/15 we include the bookkeeper for free and only take 15% of the gross labor on a job.

We do not subtract gas, repairs, etc due to lack of control. Your dump receipts are required to be turned into your bookkeeper
How much should I expect to make?
Our clients are already overbooked. Average deal depends on your pricing pt and company structure your market and season.
Average is 4k-7k a week
We start ads immediately and expect you to communicate quickly and professionally. We are a partnership not a government agency. Respect is important. That means showing up to jobs and estimates on time and if not communicating with your team so dispatch can reach out to the customer.
Finally We are hand picking who we want to work with. We are patient for you to adjust to a little more variables to your previous routine.
