Senior Product Manager needs 8 plus years of product management experience (managing the process, not people; however, if converted down the road, this role could manage people).
Senior Product Manager requires:
Jira and Confluence experience (required)
Excellent Networking and Influencing skills.
Experience managing or coaching Product talent.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Expert in understanding business needs, converting those into epics, creating, managing & prioritizing product features and product backlog.
Ability to handle a complex portfolio comprising of multiple epics in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Prior retail experience and / or experience with Loss Prevention functions
Experience in SAFe/Agile delivery
Experience creating roadmaps and driving them to execution.
Experience with Loss Prevention applications, Integrations and Data management
Genetec, Appriss or other Loss prevention software platforms
Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others in a team-oriented culture do we need this one is already several talking about working effectively with others
