At Valiant Living, the Team Leader is responsible for the overall operation of one Community Residential setting to include DSP duties, training, supervising, and managing Direct Support Professionals. Previous supervisory experience desired as well as experience working in a community service agency. Your starting wage is $22.00 - $23.00 an hour, plus a time and a half for weekend hours!
