THE ROLE
The role as waiter/ waitress is to aid our management team to drive and further develop our team. The successful candidate will be a part of the front of house service team, alongside our manager in a friendly and supportive environment with enormously high service standards.
In addition to an impressive Meriton lunch, high tea menu, plus events, our restaurant's success was built on exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will need experience in a similar managerial role in a successful venue.
MUST HAVE
Exceptional English required
Positive, smiling attitude
Bubbly personality - a true love for interaction with guests & get to know regulars
Knowledge basic Excel preferred but not mandatory
Exceptional organization skills
Problem solving skills
Remain calm under pressure

Requirements of the Role:
· A willingness to learn, grow and exceed guest expectations as a waiter/ waitress or wait staff/server in a high-end, high volume, Meriton hotel restaurant.
· Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
