Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience managing direct reports and/or overseeing performance and personnel development.
• Understand the software life cycle from requirements to testing, support and closeout.
• Must be self-directed, results-oriented coupled with strong attention to detail, strong people skills and good judgment.
• Forward-thinking with ability to take initiative.
• Must possess strong client and vendor communication skills, with an ability to convey complex service project information and resolve project issues.
• As needed, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize in fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
• Ability and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to implement a cutting-edge clinical trial solution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
