We need a driven, solution focused and independent lawyer that is passionated about US and international laws in finances.
You will be asked to establish contracts such as franchise and collaborations that will require to respect both the US laws and the laws from the country we are operating with.
The position is full time , with an annual salary of 119 000$ to start.
Our NY office is at 165 Broadway 10006 NY, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on the schedule.
