Qualifications:
Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:
Managing all projects related to software, maintenance/bug fixes, and upgrades.
Communicating software changes with stakeholders.
Working with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations.
Ability to lead and conduct virtual meetings with teams.
Experience in managing large scale projects.
Experienced and able to communicate effectively with development team and business users.
Experience in project scheduling and doing phase gates.
Worked as Scrum master and experience in Agile project methodology. CSM certified (optional).
Able to handle change management.
Worked with schedule and Gann charts online.
Manage daily standups and requirements backlog.
In addition to the above, well-qualified applicants will have experience:
Experience in Agile and waterfall project methodologies
Working in a government or correctional environment.
Experience with MS projects.
Existing knowledge of Offender Management Systems (WICS). (optional).
