Job Description:
We are looking for an Afterhours executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed. The candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving Drivers & Brokers issues, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Responsibilities
• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Receive calls and record significant information.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
• Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs, activities and other information.
• Identify the needs of Driver & Brokers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers.
• Maintain good customer relations.

Requirement
• Fresher or experienced in a relevant position
• Proficient in English (Oral and written) - Mandatory
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• BPO experience would be an added advantage
• Handling inbound and outbound calls.

working days:-

6 days working (rotational week off applicable)
