Seeking experienced Cyber Security Manager to oversee cyber security strategy by developing and maintaining a robust security posture; recommending improvements to diverse business units; maintaining appropriate certifications; and monitoring, managing and reporting on Information Risk and Cyber Security Related controls across North American offices and cloud environments.
Oversee:
Cybersecurity framework and strategy.
Compliance monitoring and certification.
Cyber governance and risk management.
Security controls.
Support of informed cyber and technology risk decision making.
Automation and continuous monitoring of information security controls, exceptions, risks, testing.
Reporting metrics, dashboards, evidence artifacts, etc.
Information Systems Risk Register.
Cyber incident response services.
Software Development Life Cycle compliance and audits.
Customer, partner, stakeholder and supplier security relations and audit processes.
Requires:
Cyber security experience within a finacial services enterprise with significant cloud presence.
Proven track record of providing non-technical management with sound benefit/risk advice and explanations regarding security controls.
Experience identifying threats and vulnerabilities and defining and implementing appropriate mitigation.
Applicable certification such as (ISC)2 CISSP, GIAC, GSEC, CRISC, CISM, CISSO or tertiary qualification in Cyber Security.
Highly visible leadership role within an industry leader providing direct interaction with company executive leadership and middle management.
