Architecture background
· Analyze business, data, and system requirements to perform data
design and data modeling activities.
· Design conceptual, logical, and in some cases physical data models,
as needed, to support existing systems and new applications/systems.
· Create/update data models in Erwin as required on a project.
· Create/update DDL scripts as required on a project.
· Document, and enforce data modeling standards, guidelines, and
procedures to conform to ACFC standards.
· Effectively compose data flow, data impact analysis, and data
design documents as required for a project.
· Conduct data model and data architecture reviews on individual and
cross functional projects.
· Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance that
aligns with ACFC data enterprise architecture and standards.
· Partner with the key business representatives, data owners, end
users, application owners, and other architects to ensure project deliverables
meet the expectation.
· Troubleshoot challenges as they arise, provide input on solution
options, and resolve as needed.
· Conduct effective meetings. Convey ideas clearly and tailor
communication based on the project and audiences.
· Write and update project status reports.
· Able to play independent contributor role
