Qualification: MBA, BBA, BSc/BA in human resources.
Experience: 0-1 yrs.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
• Candidates counselling
• Need to give presentations on IT Training programs
• Batch management
• Attendance management of trainees / Intern
• Convincing & Negotiating
• Preparing PPT's
• Coordinating with College T& P's
