#Hiring Structural Engineer ? Hampton, NH

We are seeking a Structural Engineer for our multi-discipline consulting power
engineering and construction management firm located near Hampton, NH.
Responsible for contributing to the engineering and design of multiple central
utility plant projects, including project phasing, reviewing plant operability,
equipment maintenance and rigging access, code compliance and
cost-effectiveness of design solutions.
Responsible for analyzing existing structures; researching, planning and
designing structural solutions, including development of structural design
drawings and specifications, performing stress analysis and load determination
for foundations for heavy industrial machinery, as part of a multi-discipline
team. Conducting on-site inspections and troubleshooting investigations, as
required.
Must have a strong foundation in structural engineering theory and its
application, proficiency with Finite Element Analysis software (RISA is
preferred), experience producing design documents as part of a team, the desire
to work in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment, and the willingness to
learn and to be challenged professionally. Must have experience with AutoCAD
and Revit and a working knowledge of Mathcad and NavisWorks.
Bachelor?s Degree (Master?s preferred), successfully passed the FE exam and a
minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
