Human Resources Director needs 10 or more years of progressive responsibilities in HR management, with a minimum of three years at the director level or above. Must have strong HR generalist skills.
Human Resources Director requires:
• Master’s degree (or bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience) in Business Administration or Human Resources. SPHR/PHR certification a plus.
• Strong people skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to react quickly to changing needs and requirements
• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
• Ability to think strategically and manage the detailed day-to-day work of the human resources department.
• Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Procurement Specialist duties:
• Investigate, file appropriate reports, and follow through with employee injuries and Workmen’s Compensation Claims.
• Tracks and reports OSHA required data regarding workplace accidents.
• Serves as member of Safety Committee.
• Plan, develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization’s HR function, staff, policies, and programs that support organizational strategic goals. Manage the budget, financial measures, and business metrics of human resources. Maintains and regulates all compliance related matters.
