Should be proficient at using IBM Rational DOORS. Should have strong BA skills lead client discussions, Requirement gathering, conduct reviews and secure stakeholder approvals.
Strong business acumen preferably in product development, manufacturing domain.
Strong analytical ability and communication skills.
Minimum years of experience: 5 - 8 years

Should lead client discussions and implement an organizations Requirements Management Plan in DOORS
Conduct reviews and secure stakeholder approvals
lead Knowledge transitions, defining business requirements, working across all stages of software development lifecycle
