Location- Dallas , TX (Day 1 Onsite)
· ?Minimum10+ years business analysis experience with Oracle
E-Business Suite ( R12.2.6) & Above
· ?Should have Functional and Technical expertise in EBS R12 HRMS
Core HR, SSHR, Absence management & Incentive Compensation (Functional 70%
& Technical 30%)
· ?Expertise in Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Discoverer reports,
EIS Reports, AOL Setup configuration, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, AM
setup creation, Oracle PL/SQL,
· Oracle Interface design (Conversion/Migration)
· ?Be Involved in all aspects of the development life cycle,
including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation and
support of reporting applications.
· Responsible for translating business requirements into effective
and efficient it solutions for diverse and complex business problems.
· -Design, configure, unit and system testing, documentation,
assist in training and laplesentation of projects, programs, workflows, etc.
· ?Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present
recommendations in a clear and concise form as part of the ongoing Customer
Support
· ?Work closely with Oracle support and raise service request as
and when required for business critical issues.
· ?Expected to coordinate with people working in different time zone
