Material Handler
PeopleReady of Owensboro, KY is now hiring Material Handlers.We are searching for a responsible, organized, and highly motivated Material Handler to join the team at our small factory Monday through Thursday. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the factory including stocking, receiving, issuing, and moving material, equipment, and other items. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our production process.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.50 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Material Handler:
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse area
• Unload and unpack incoming shipments
• Receive, count, and store materials and products
• Pull and prepare materials and products for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials within the factory
• Follow proper safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery
• Assist with other duties as assigned
Available shifts:
Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Proven track record of reliable and dependable attendance
• Previous material handler/warehouse experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of materials, products, and safety protocols
• Thorough understanding of factory operations
• Background check required
