As a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Ripon, WI, you will lead and support your team in the Dryer area. Responsibilities

Create and maintain an environment focused on continuous improvement

Ensure employees receive proper training in safety, quality, equipment operation, and 5S practices
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues
Interface with Union Stewards regarding contract and disciplinary matters

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations is beneficial
Previous assembly line supervision experience preferred
Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring skills

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred
Relevant professional experience, including internships or co-ops, will be considered
