Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing excellent service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
Achieve individual and team sales goals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
