Education Level: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 5 years in the use of Agile/Scrum/Lean/SAFe practices and methodology in delivering business/customer value; or in equivalent methodology in IT delivery.
In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban practitioner in prior role.
Experience being part of a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agile Release Train
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles and practices, Proficient
Knowledge of Lean agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Advanced
Knowledge of Scaling frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework, Proficient
Demonstrate strong and clear accountability for program success, Advanced
Knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, Test Automation practices etc, Proficient
Excellent communication skills written and oral, Advanced
Self starter with ability to prioritize work for self and teams, Advanced
Ability to organize data and generate metrics/reports/dashboards etc., Advanced
Ability to lead change at team level, manage conflicts constructively., Advanced
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and industry standard Agile tools., Advanced
