Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide expert advice on property valuation, acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize asset value and income.
Lead a team of estate surveyors, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Conduct property inspections, appraisals, and condition assessments to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to achieve strategic property objectives.
Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Extensive experience in estate surveying, including a proven track record in managing diverse property portfolios.
In-depth knowledge of property legislation, land use planning, and building regulations in the UK.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret property market trends and financial statements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
