Job Description:
· Preferred 8+ years as a hands-on Network Engineer
· Preferred 4+ years of related experience in mission-critical network
engineering with proven skills in the development, and successful
implementation of enterprise WANs (global)
· Preferred 2-4 years of experience with configuration and deployment of Palo
Alto Networks firewalls
· Preferred 3+ years Aviatrix SD-WAN
· Preferred 2+ years experience with AWS (TGW, VPC, etc.).
· Preferred 2+ years experience with Aruba (Wireless).
· Extensive knowledge of configuring and managing exterior and interior
routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, etc.)
· Experience with configuration and operation of network and system
monitoring software (logicmonitor or comparable).
· Highly Proficient with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SIP, Wireless, RFC, and ISO
standards, etc.
· Strong attention to details with demonstrated troubleshooting,
documentation and analytical skills.
· Ability to communicate well within and across teams; foster relationships
throughout the
· organization and build trust amongst peers through demonstrated strong job
performance.
· Team Player possessing strong analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills and be willing to share expertise with others
· A proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and capitalizes on
opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to
circumstances
· Experience supporting security audits for network components with logs,
evidence of change authorization etc.
· Expertise in Capacity planning, Infrastructure upgrades, patching,
maintenance
